The Break the Block session is a focused, one-on-one coaching experience for postgraduate students who feel stuck in their thesis or dissertation. In just 90 minutes, we’ll help you reconnect with your motivation, uncover what’s holding you back, and create a doable next step.

In This Session, You’ll:

  • Reconnect with your core values and strengths
  • Design a realistic action plan for the next 48 hours
  • Leave with renewed clarity, momentum, and purpose
