2. Services Offered
Research4You provides academic consultation, research coaching, training courses, and digital resources. These services are intended for educational and professional development purposes only.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

Complete any preparatory work assigned to maximize the effectiveness of your training or consultation.
Use the materials and resources for personal and educational purposes only.
Not reproduce, distribute, or sell any training content without explicit written permission from Research4You.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment for courses, consultations, and training must be made in advance.
All invoices and payments are based on professional services rendered as agreed upon in the quotation and client agreement.
Refunds will only be issued if a request is made within 48 hours of purchase and if no material has been accessed.
No refunds are provided for missed consultations or training sessions. Rescheduling may be accommodated at our discretion if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
5. Training and Consultation Expectations
Consultations and training sessions are designed to provide guidance and skill development; they do not guarantee specific academic or research outcomes.
Clients are responsible for applying the guidance provided and completing their research work.
Additional services such as participant recruitment, software training, and data analysis support are not included in standard consultations and must be requested separately.
6. Access to Online Courses and Resources
Users purchasing online courses will have access for a period specified at the time of purchase (typically 365 days).
Research4You reserves the right to update or modify course content without prior notice.
Technical support is provided for accessing training materials, but Research4You is not responsible for issues caused by individual user devices or software.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including videos, workbooks, articles, and digital downloads, is the intellectual property of Research4You. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Research4You provides its services "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of results.
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or resources.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
10. Modifications to Terms
Research4You reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or website announcements.
11. Fee Structure and Payment Terms
Clients requiring services beyond a single consultation will receive an estimated quote before commencing work.
A 40% deposit is required for services that extend beyond a single consultation, such as multiple training sessions or technical research support.
Payment plans may be available upon request but must be agreed upon before services commence.
Accounts must be settled within five (5) days of receiving the final invoice unless prior arrangements have been made with the accounts department.
Clients opting for installment payments must adhere to the agreed-upon schedule as outlined in the client agreement.
Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are settled.
