No. We don't offer that service at all. We want you to develop as an ethical professional. Therefore, we help you develop transferable research skills so you can be a successful postgraduate student at your higher education institution and in your broader community. We will share resources with you, show you how to execute the different parts of the research process and consult with you about what that would look like in your own research project.
Depending on which option you chosen, you will spend 30-minutes or 60-minutes in a virtual consultation or training session. The focus of your session/s will depend on your individual needs. Therefore, sending all the relevant documentation before your session is essential. Your session will discuss your requirements, identify challenges, and develop an action plan to overcome these challenges. You will receive a detailed research action plan to guide the discussion. We will allow for a 15-minute follow-up call after your session should you have any additional questions about the way forward at no extra charge.
We offer many courses, tutorials and masterclasses to help you navigate your research journey. We have developed them so that you can choose the course that best suits your needs at different times during your research process. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to enroll in a training, course or masterclass on our platform:
1. Browse the Research Dashboard:
- Check out our catalogue to find the training that interests you. You can search by topic, skill level, or instructor.
2. Enroll Button:
- Once you've chosen your course, click the “Buy now” button on the training page.
3. Create an Account (if needed):
- If you're a new user, you'll be prompted to create an account. Simply enter your email address and choose a password.
4. Payment (if applicable):
- For free courses, you'll be granted immediate access after creating an account (if required).
- For paid courses, you'll see the course fee displayed clearly. Choose your preferred payment method from the available options (e.g., credit card, debit card, PayPal) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
5. Accessing Your Course:
- Upon successful enrollment (and payment for paid courses),you'll receive a confirmation email and be able to access your course materials directly from the platform.

- Free Courses: You will typically have ongoing access to free training and downloads as long as your account remains active.
- Paid Courses: Access duration for paid Courses varies depending on the specific course or training. This information will be clearly displayed on the course page and during enrollment but is set at 365 days as a default setting.
