Luan Krige

Luan brings a unique blend of technical thinking, creative insight, and people-centred coaching to his work with postgraduate students and professionals. After completing his engineering degree, Luan worked internationally as a videographer and editor — experiences that deepened his appreciation for storytelling, problem-solving, and human connection across contexts.

He later founded and ran his own solar energy company, gaining hands-on leadership experience and a strong appreciation for resilience, innovation, and purpose-driven work.

Today, as a Strengths Coach at Research4You, Luan is actively involved in skills development training, academic writing retreats, and one-on-one coaching. His coaching style is grounded in the principles of positive psychology, with a specific focus on helping individuals identify and apply their innate strengths to move forward — not just in their studies, but in life.

Luan believes that people don’t need to be “fixed”. They need to be seen for what they already bring, and supported in aligning that with where they want to go. Whether you're facing burnout, procrastination, or a crisis of confidence, Luan’s approach is both encouraging and practical — helping you find your momentum again, one strength at a time.
