Hi, I’m Sandra — the founder of Research4You. I’ve worked with over 350 postgraduate students across South Africa and internationally, helping them move from overwhelmed and stuck to structured and submitted.

I started this platform because I saw the same problem over and over again: brilliant students falling through the cracks. Too little time. Too much isolation. And no consistent, personalised support.

That’s what I offer, real mentorship, not just templates. Practical structure, compassionate accountability, and a no-judgment zone where progress actually happens.

How is Research4You different from university support services?

We complement university services by offering high-touch, human support beyond what’s usually available. That means weekly feedback, live mentoring, real-time accountability, and practical help — not just general workshops or template-based guides.

What can I expect from a consultation or coaching session?

We provide custom solutions and support to each client. Depending on which option you chosen, you will spend 30, 60 or 90-minutes in a virtual consultation or training session. The focus of your session/s will depend on your individual needs. Therefore, sending all the relevant documentation before your session is essential. Your session will discuss your requirements, identify challenges, and develop an action plan to overcome these challenges.

What types of research do you support?

We support research across a wide range of disciplines — from education, health sciences, and business to social sciences and humanities. Whether your project is qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods, we’ll help you write, and refine it with clarity and confidence.

Can I work with Research4You if I am not based in South Africa?

Yes! We support students from around the world. As long as your time zone allows you to join our online calls or access feedback, you're welcome to join our mentorship programme, coaching, or retreats.

What if I don't know what type of support I need yet?

That’s completely okay — most students start there. We offer a free Clarity & Momentum Call to talk through your challenges and help you decide what kind of support would help you move forward most effectively. You can book your call here.

Do you offer once-off services or must I join a programme?

We have created a dedicated research community for you to share your experiences, ask questions and engage with other like-minded individuals. All of the courses, trainings and masterclasses will direct you to the community to post questions and assignments.

Will you write my dissertation/ thesis for me?

No. We don't offer that service at all. We want you to develop as an ethical professional. Therefore, we help you develop transferable research skills so you can be a successful postgraduate student at your higher education institution and in your broader community. We will share resources with you, show you how to execute the different parts of the research process and consult with you about what that would look like in your own research project.

What if I have already started my thesis or dissertation?

Even better. Many students come to us mid-project, feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Whether you need help structuring your next chapter, making sense of feedback, or managing your progress — we’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward.
